Q: The credits, and this page, list "Elvira" as being in the movie. Another website lists the composer, and it turns out that it is indeed the same "Elvira" that's sung by the Oak Ridge Boys. But I don't know where the song is in the movie. I'm pretty sure it's not the version sung by the ORB; that would have been noticeable. So maybe it's an instrumental version of the song or something. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks! (from Navihawk in VA)
A: The song itself does not appear in the movie, but it is quoted in the scene where Lightning is paving the road while Mater is talking to him: "...boy you should have heard me on 'giddy-up-oom-poppa-mow-mow!'..." (thanks to Andy Page, Salisbury, NC USAadd more info
A: Thank you so much, Andy! I should have known that; I've seen the movie enough times that of course I know that scene. Bet what I'm gonna do?

Jet black window down
Rolling the rhythm out
Drum! Where's it coming from?
All you be thinkin' bout

Boom! Comin' from the bass
Breakin' the bar to bits
Bam! Music in your face
Trippin' the hypocrites

Flash from my chariot
Pumped up and bumpin' it
Psych! Spinners in the wind
Ain't no comprehending it

Flame never be the same
Once I get next to you
Game over in the lane
Hear the exit calling you

Fear View
Looking in Your Rear view
But the thing that scared you
Was Bigger'n it appeared to you
