A:
Hoist The Colours

[sung at hanging]
The king and his men stole the queen from her bed
And bound her in her bones
The seas be ours, and by the powers
Where we will, we'll roam

Yo ho, all hands, hoist the colours high haul
Heave ho, thieves and beggars, never shall we die!

Yo ho, together, hoist the colours high!
Heave ho, thieves and beggars, never shall we die!

[sung by Elizabeth]
Some men have died and some are alive
And others sail on the sea
With the keys to the cage and the Devil to pay
We lay to Fiddler's Green

The bell has been raised from its watery grave
Hear its sepulchral tone
We're a call to all: pay heed the squall
And turn your sail to home!

Yo ho, haul together, hoist the colours high
Heave ho, thieves and beggars, never shall we die!

A: That would be "Parlay" (thanks to Em , Phoenixadd more info
A: Sorry, I meant the Brethren Court, not the sandbank before the battle. Any hints? (thanks to Nik, Germanyadd more info

A: It's called "Davy Jones" and was recorded as a separate song only once in "The Dead Man's Chest" soundtrack. You can find the theme mixed in with a lot of songs from this soundtrack, though.
