Soundtrack Q & A
Q: What is the name of one of the last songs in the film with the spanish guitar sound, just before the credits came up on the screen??? (from andy in manchester)
A: "Chariots Rise" by Lizzie West. She sounds a lot like Natalie Merchant. (thanks to Raebabee, Anchorage, Akadd more info

Q: What song is playing in the wedding scene at the start of the film? (from Ian in uk)
A: Well, there are 2 songs... one is called "Me and Baby Brother" which is by War and that song plays while she's dancing. That song then fades into another which is called "Directly From My Heart" and is by Little Richard. It took me forever to figure out these 2 songs. Enjoy :) (thanks to Molly Wolly, Springfieldadd more info

Q: In the song "Chariots Rise" the lyrics heard in the movie are "...what grace have I, to fall so in love.." but on a recording I found on youtube, the lyrics are "...what a fool am I, to fall so in love..." I would like to know which version is on the soundtrack. I want to make sure that I buy the right one (the one used in the movie). (from Jen in CA)
A: "What grace have I, to fall so in lovel..." is the verse from the movie. The lyrics were changed for the movie. Hope that helps. (thanks to Corey, Newport news, Vaadd more info
A: The soundtrack actually has "What a Fool Am I." I have the soundtrack that I purchased not long after the movie came out. (thanks to Paula, Michiganadd more info
A: Agree that it is "What Grace have I to fall so in love." The other may be from the Harry Potter soundtrack. It was used in both. I love the song, haunting and beautiful. Youtube should also say which movie the soundtrack comes from. (thanks to Raebabee, Anchorage, Akadd more info
