Q: | Which track on the album is the main feature music? (from Jude in London) |
A: | Anything with "Tubular Bells." (thanks to OSTfan, Burlingame) add more info |
|
Q: | Why don't these tracks have composers next to them? That's ridiculous. Credit the creators of this music, will you please? (from Aaron in Eugene, OR) |
A: | Aaron, it says right up top there that this is original score by Jack Nitzsche. (thanks to TOOOOOOONS) add more info |
A: | Jack Nitzsche may be the composer of the original music. However you list all the tracks without giving credit to the composers, who include Heinz Werner Henze, Mike Oldfield, George Crumb, Krzysztof Penderecki, Anton Webern. These are the composers whose music (albeit highly excerpted) lends the film its atmosphere. To include their music under the single name Nitzsche is unfair misleading. Please do your homework. (thanks to Aaron, Eugene, OR) add more info |
A: | If that's the case, why don't you clear it up and provide the info? That's what this website is for... the information is built by thousands of fans. It's only as good as those who want to contribute, and as bad as those who want to tear it down. (thanks to TOOOOOOONS) add more info |
