Q: | I'm looking for the song/melody that runs in the background when Sean Connery rides his bike through town. I think it is more or less half way through the movie. (from Lise in Broager, Denmark) |
A: | It's called (get ready for it) 4 Stücke Für Xylophon: Musik Für Kinder III, No. 15: Gassenhauer or for short "gassenhauer" (Street Song). It was written by Hans Neusidler but arranged by Carl Orff and Gunild Keetman. It's the first track on the CD, Orff-Shulwerk: musica poetica, vol. one and it's performed by the Karl Peinkofer Percussion Ensemble. Hope this helps, good luck! (thanks to Lorelei, Texas) add more info |
